Title: Choppy Audio

Hi,
I'm a newbie to OBI, Just got it set up tonight.  I placed my first call and on my side the audio was clear, but on the other phone it was so choppy that the receiver could not understand me at all.  I went into my router and adjusted the QoS. Still no such luck, still choppy audio on the other side.  It does matter if I call or the other party calls me.  Any help PLEASE!!!!!

Turn off all of your computers, and try a test call again. If things are good, turn on one computer at a time. When the problem starts up, that computer would be the one consuming bandwidth.

Shut down all known servers including torrent software on the computer. If the problem continues, scan for viruses.
