Title: Incoming calls via GV.

In order for my phone to ring, via OBi 110, I must have calls made to my google voice number forwarded to google chat. Is it permissible to also forward the calls to my cell phone ? Will this cause any conflict ?

No conflicts. Both the phone connected to your OBi110 and your cell phone will ring at the same time. The first one that picks up first wins.
