Title: call waiting on callcentric

I am using callcentric for both outgoing and incoming. Call waiting is enabled on the callcentric dashboard.

I was making an outgoing call while a call comes in. I didn't hear any call waiting tone somehow. I checked my SPx service setting and MaxSessions is set to 4.

Am I missing any other configuration setting in order to have call waiting enabled?
