Will I have a problem with the Google Voice setup on my OBi if I use the Google 2-step verification process? Is there anything special I should do if I use it?

No, but you will need to set up an application specific password for your Obi to use. Also, I would recommend that you set up a separate Google account instead of using your own account especially if you use Chat.
