Title: OBI100 stop ring, no line shown on phone

I have been using OBI100 for quite some time without a problem. Yesterday it dropped during a call and phone went silent. Trying to reset the obi, router and phone still shows "no line" even if both the power and phone indicators are solid green. When I tried to call the number, the phone indicator flashes but the phone does not ring. The status on the obitalk shows online.

I also tried different phone, still not working.

Does this mean the OBI100 is dead? Do I need to buy a new one?

Maybe.

Try one of these:
1. Go to OBiTalk, and click on the device. Click the garbage can icon for the SP that you are using. After deleting, set up the SP again.

2. Try going to OBiTalk, and click on the device. Click Delete Device.
Then do an Add Device again.

In either case, don't forget to prevent SIP scanners again.
