Title: Can not complete call, please try again

I have my Obi100 adapter for over 2 years working with my google voice.
Few days ago when I try to make a call, I got a message "Can not complete call, please try again" or some times a voice asking me for credit on my GV account.
I'm in the US and I'm calling to local numbers.
If I use my Gmail call plug in with my browser I'm able to place all calls without any issue.
I reset to factory default my adapter , re configure again , and still the problem.
The service is show as "connected"
Any thoughts?
