Title: One Way Audio
Post by: Bilal on May 23, 2013, 07:30:02 AM
Hi Gurus,

I have been facing problem after every few days i start to have problem with Audio, It works only one way. Otherside cant hear me when i call them from Obi 202 to OBI 110. But if they call from other side everything works great. I have done echo test from both sides and those are working ok.

Any suggestion is welcome as it is becoming very irritating.

Regards,
Bilal

Is the OBi202 and OBi110 on the same LAN?
How are you calling the OBi110?
Are use using a URI?

One way audio usually has something to do with a stun server.

If setting up stun doesn't work you can manually open ports.

Here are the ports

Allow Outgoing:
TCP Ports: 6800, 5222, 5223
UDP Ports: 5060, 5061, 10000 to 11000, 16600 to 16998, 19305
Allow Incoming on UDP Port: 10000

Allow Incoming on UDP Port: 10000

What does the above really mean?  How do you "Allow Incoming on UDP Port: 10000" on your Router?  Is it the same as Port Forwarding 10000 UDP to your OBi IP Address?  Thanks
