Title: Just setup 202 and have a few call problems?
Post by: jfharper on June 17, 2013, 02:11:06 PM
On a few calls, at one point the other person could no longer hear me but I could hear them.  This was all to the same person who was on a landline.  Happened a few times.  Once we just hung up and redialed.  Other times I stayed on the phone and my voice came back after about ten seconds.  Any idea what I could try.  I've had it hooked up for less than a day.  Have the 202 hooked up to a gigabit switch box in turn connected to the Internet router.  I probably don't have it setup correctly.  Also I have no QoS on.  Also have done no other settings changes other than plug it in allow it to upgrade firmware and start working.  Thanks.  Jitter is 3 or less with no packet loss and ping at 93 ms.

Something in your system is a router.

Try changing the SIP ALG setting. http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=33.0
