Morning,

When one sets up an account do we all automatically receive a soft phone number also?
Under my device settings, there is my account which I just set with my OBI number beginning with 300, underneath that there is a line that says soft phone with an OBI number beginning with 290
How do I delete the smart phone account if it is not suppose to be there?

You automatically get a number for your OBi and a "SOFTPHONE" number underneath.

You don't get any "SMART PHONE" account.
