Title: Unable to reach phone attached to Obi100 after setting Obi voice gateway

I've just set the Obi voice gateway for my softphone to my Obi100.  When I try to call the Obi100's number via Obion of my Android phone, Android phone showed status as connected after a while but  the phone attached with my Obi100 did not ring.  When I remove the gateway and everything works again.  I would just like to know if it is normal?  Is there any workaround that I could keep the voice gateway of my softphone while I can still pass call to Obi100's attached phone via Obion?

Tabby - welcome to the forum.

When you set your OBi voice gateway for your softphone, the sofphone number is put into your "Circle of Trust". Confusingly, this does not show in the "Circle of Trust" settings. Anyhow, what this means is that if you dial your OBi100 number from OBiON you should get the auto attendant which gives you three options. If you press "1", then you OBi100 phone should ring.
