Title: Soft Phone E911 - Status says offline

I have an OBi100 and I signed up for the E911 service with Anveo.  I tested the 911 by calling 933 and it passed the test. When I go to my OBi dashboard, it show Soft Phone status as offline.  Is this normal?

The softphone refers to OBiON, an app that you run on a PC, smartphone, tablet etc.  It is separate from the hardware device.  If you are not running that app, then it is absolutely normal for it to be shown as offine in the dashboard.  (Your OBi device will work fine without needing the softphone running, not even one time.)
