This is a configuration arrived at in another thread. I'm posting it here with "Belgium" in the title to make it easy to find for any OBi users in Belgium.
The configuration is for an OBi110 with a landline provider such as Belgacom using the Line Port and a voip provider on sp1. The sp1 provider is Google Voice, but could be any voip provider.

Calls route as follows:
100|101|112 These are special cases and are sent direct to PSTN line without being processed by the Line Port DigitMap.
1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx eleven digits, first digit 1, second digit 2 to 9. These numbers have **1 prepended to them. This automatically routes them to sp1 (GV).
04xxxxxxxx ten digits starting with 04 (mobile phones). Route direct to PSTN line.
0[1-3,5-9]xxxxxxx nine digits, first digit 0, second digit anything except 4 or 0. (Landline calls including 0800xxxxx). Route direct to PSTN line.
00xx. International numbers any length starting with 00. Route direct to PSTN line, but with a ten second delay as OBi waits to see when dialling is finished.
xx. Any number any length. Routes direct to PSTN line, but with a ten second delay as OBi waits to see when dialling is finished.
Any Belgian OBi users are welcome to add to or alter any of this information.
Interesting. Considered the calling costs, the most rational solution in B would be to route all international calls ( maybe with exception of the free US/Can GV calls) and all calls to Belgian cell phones through a SIP provider like Localphone and only national land line calls through PSTN.
Unfortunately OBi dial plans have no way to implement time-of-day based routing. In the UK, and possibly other countries, even the most basic PSTN phone service now tends to come with free calls (each up to 1 hour duration) to national landline numbers at off-peak times (eg weekends or 7pm to 7am). At other times the call charges are considerably more than the 24/7 tariff of VoIP providers. Automated selection would be nice to have.

True. That's the case in the Netherlands and Belgium too. Germany has 24/7 rates except for the very basic plane where you pay per minute regardless ( way more than voip).
I also think that many users would appreciate 6 o 7 digit local dialing .
