Hi, I am a new user and am having a hard time with this. I have a freephoneline.ca account with an Obi 110 and a D_link DIR-835 router. The party calls the obi and initially all is fine. But after a few seconds I cannot hear the party, and it stays that way. I have forwarded ports, virtual server, enabled and disabled SIP, and SPI. However, when calling in, either the circuits are busy, or the user is not available, etc.

Any help or ideas are greatly appreciated!

I solved the issue by changing the router to a Linksys ES6500. Works better all the way around:)
