Title: Troubleshooting muted outgoing calls

I've had the Obi100 for almost a year, and never really had any problems until this past week.  Now for some reason, whenever I make a call from my phone, the call connects, but the person on the other end can't hear me at all.  However, when I receive a call, there are no problems.  Any ideas?

I tried just unplugging the Obi and then plugging it back in, but that's about the extent of my tech knowledge in this area, so I'd appreciate if any responses used minimal tech jargon.
