Title: *67 not working with cable company VOIP provider after Obi install
Post by: rickydee on April 18, 2011, 09:11:35 AM
I recently successfully installed and Obi110 with Google voice as a secondary provider and my cable companies VOIP as the primary provider.  Is there a way with this scenario to still be able to use the *67 per call blocking feature when making an outgoing call via my cable company's VOIP service (not google voice)?  I dialed *67 + 10 digit phone number and instead of blocking the number it completes the call showing the number on the receiving phones end.  Please let me know if its possible to use the *67 feature when making the originating calls over the cable company VOIP service?

If you're accessing your cable company VoIP service through the OBi LINE Port, you can dial '#' first to get a direct connection to the LINE Port and then your *67 should not be intercepted by the OBi.
