Title: Accessing Voicemail
Post by: shadow349 on April 18, 2011, 03:38:17 PM
I am trying to figure out how to modify the configuration so I can access voicemail at my provider.

SP1: CallCentric
SP2: Google Voice

GV is set to be the default for outgoing.
"**1*123" gets me to VM at Callcentric, but I want to be able to dial just "*123" and have it work.

I think I have it, but I just want to make sure:

In the OBITALK Expert:

Phone OutboundCallRoute: Added "{*123:sp1}," to the beginning
ITSP Profile B General -> DigitMap: Added "*123"

It appears to be working. Did I do this the right way?

yes.

The call route should handle the delivery by itself.
It is best not to edit the digit map, as long as you don't experience a delay with the delivery.
