Title: OBI202 1 anveo account 2 lines configuration question
Post by: chacs on December 09, 2013, 11:45:06 AM
Hi,

I have an OBI202, and one Anveo account with two phone lines (#A and #B)

On the OBJ202, I have setup one ITSP Profile A and one Voice SP1.

Using the ATA's admin portal, how do I configure #A to ring port Phone1 (ph), and #B to ring port Phone2 (ph2)?

Is it editing the X_InboundCallRoute? Or do I need to setup Voice SP2? May be need a separate Anveo sub-account?

Thanks in advance.

Anveo typically provides 1 free sub account. Sign up for it. Setup SP2 on obi 202 and assign sub account to it.
You can arrange call flow in Anveo to ring line 2 if line 1 is busy. If both are busy send call to voice mail. If no answer it can also go to voice mail. Works real well. Anveo online support is quite knowledgable.

By default, the X_InboundCallRoute is set to 'ph' for all SPs.  'ph' is a short form of 'ph1'.  All incoming calls are directed to the PHONE1 port.  Change the 'ph' to 'ph2' (no quote marks in the box) for any SPs where you want to ring PHONE2.
