I have an OBI202 configure with 3 different GV numbers on SP1, SP3 and SP4
SP2 is set up for E911
I can call out on all three numbers using **,
but only SP1 and SP3 rings the phone attached.
Is the a configuration problem in the OBI, or is it more likely a GV problem?
You could try temporarily swapping over the GV numbers on SP1 and SP4 and see which still ring. That might give some hints.
GV will only ring that extension if google chat is enabled for the account that has that google voice number and chat is set to have calls forwarded to it.
Yes I bet that is it, but I cant for life of me figure out where that setting is
Is it under GV or Gmail?
