Title: passing *99 to sp1
Post by: sailing on February 25, 2014, 03:26:24 PM
I have an Obi110 with sp1 as my primary line. I just had my number ported to Anveo and everything works except for accessing voicemail. Voicemail is directly accessed with *99 but I just get a busy signal. I think it has to do with the digimap on the phone port. The digimap is {([1-9]x?*(Mpli)):pp},{(<#:>|911):li},{**0:aa},{***:aa2},{(<**1:>(Msp1)):sp1},{(<**2:>(Msp2)):sp2},{(<**8:>(Mli)):li},{(<**9:>(Mpp)):pp},{(Mpli):pli}

What do I add to allow *99 to go directly through sp1? My guess was to add {*99:sp1} but it didn't work.

Are there any documents that do a better job of explaining digimaps then the administrators guide?

Thanks

Try adding *99 to the ITSP A DigitMap

This is the default ITSP A DigitMap with *99 added:
(*99|1xxxxxxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011xx.|xx.|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.)

You don't need to change the Phone Port OutboundCallRoute.
You called it the digimap.
