Title: Softphone set up with X-Lite or other client - No Audio Out only Audio In
Post by: rajp on March 02, 2014, 06:34:44 PM
Hi, I am facing weird problem. I installed OBIApp and X-Lite client on my windows desktop. I configure everything correctly. I am successfully getting call from softphone as well as calling on my softphone. On my desktop, I am able to hear Audio but Audio is not going out. So incoming Audio works, out going Audio is not working. Microphone setting is working correctly. I tried three different client. I used phoner, x-lite and 3cx. All has same problem. Incoming Audio works, outgoing is not. Please let me know, if you know any tricks. I know I am missing some small configuration but don't know what.

Thanks,
Raj

I set up static IP Address on my OBI202, So all ports are open. Still I have same problem. User who use softphone can hear incoming voice but softphone user talk not able to hear other user, who is not using softphone(e.g. cell phone caller).
