Title: Setup issues 110 on netgear n750
Post by: StephensMills on March 12, 2014, 02:30:47 PM
I recently switched routers and am having a hard time getting my Obi 110 set up on my "new" router. It was working fine on the old router ...

Here is what I have tried/found

I gave the Obi a fixed IP address using it's MAC address
I made a DMZ using that IP address.
I disabled SIP ALG on the router.

After all of that I am still not able to set up the Obi. The ethernet lights are flashing on both the router and Obi showing that there is a connection, but I tried pinging the Obi and got no response. Any thoughts?

DMZ and SIP ALG will not affect ability to ping the OBi.

Does the OBi actually have a valid IP address?  What does it report when you dial ***1 and ***2 from an attached phone?
