Title: Incoming OBi to OBi call rings both my lines
Post by: Stars1962 on March 21, 2014, 09:12:27 AM
When I get an incoming call from another OBi device, both my phone1 and phone2 ring.
Since there is a Fax machine on Phone2,it picks up right away and I never get to answer the call on Phone1.

Is there a Speed Dial syntax that can be used on the calling end that specifies only ring Phone1?
like **9xxxxxxxxx,ph1 or something like that?

If not, can the config of the box be modified to only ring Phone1 on incoming Peer-to-Peer calls?

Thanks!

Check the entry for InboundCallRoute in the OBiTALK Service settings.  If it has an entry containing 'ph2' such as '(ph,ph2)' change it to 'ph'. (All wthout quote marks.)
