My obi to obi connection seems to timeout after about 10 min or so. This also happens when the obion app is used to call my Obi... Is this normal? Or is there a setting that needs to be changed to avoid timeout? Thank you.
Welcome to the forum. No this is not normal however I'm not sure what the problem is. I have never heard of this problem personally.
Let me explain a little more.... i make obi to obi calls using **9<obi number> ... works fine except for the sudden call cut off at about 10 min into the call. Other calls (using google voice) does not have this issue.
This call 'drop' happens even when using the ObiOn app on android phone when i try to call one of the obi... call connects fine, but it cuts off after about 10 min... I can dial again, but the call lasts only 10 min or so.
At this point my best suggestion is to open a support ticket with Obihai.
