Title: I think I broke it....

so... I went to switch up my gvoice info to my new callcentric stuff.... Wasnt working... So I had the rather dumb idea to just delete the device and start over... Figured why not I remember it taking all of 5seconds to set up the first time no big deal...

Well now I cant get the site to even recognize the device once I do the little automate thing it just gives me a soft phone number no obi device

And for some reason even though the device isnt even on the dashboard if i call my old google number the phone still rings just like it used to before I started breaking stuff.

yup yup...

remove the device from the Obi portal...
do a hard reset (or dial **81?)...
then add the device back...

there were helpful instructions when
I was adding my Obi to the portal.
