Hi,

Hope there is help here.  I'll try to keep this short.  Went from Google to Anveo, all seemed well, started getting cid '100' robocalls, tried to hookup my call blocker device because the cid '100' wasn't in the Anveo call log.  That pretty much disabled things. Disconnected call blocker, plugged things back in as they were. No service. Reset Obi, registered Anveo again.  No can't dial my cell phone without a busy signal and cell can't call obi/anveo number because 'subscriber is not in service', don't know which service is being referred to obi or anveo.  So effectively don't have phone service although I'm registered, etc.  However, I do get the cid '100' phone calls!  I'm not techy, so please acronyms and rows of numbers are useless to me.
