Title: No Dial Tone

I bought my obi110 about a month ago and it was working fine until suddenly there is no dial tone.  I have rebooted the device several times, changed a different phone and still it doesn't work.  On the device config page, WAN status looks OK, and SP1 Service status shows connected.  The Ethernet light is blinking on the device.  On the online Obi Dashboard, the softphone endpoint status shows Offline. Is my device hosed?  Can someone please help.  Thanks.
