Title: How do I make outgoing calls go through SP2?

I marked SP2 as "Primary Line for Outgoing Calls", but outgoing calls are still going out through SP1.
How do I fix that other than deleting both accounts and putting what is now SP2 as SP1?

Did you make your changes in OBiTalk or the direct OBi 100 interface?

I did it on ObiTalk. What does it mean to do it on the direct interface? I have Obi 110. Thanks.

Go to OBiTalk and click the name you gave your OBi110. Click SP1, and un-tick "Primary Line for Outgoing Calls" for SP1. Submit.

For SP2, tick "Primary Line for Outgoing Calls". Submit.

Since you are using OBiTalk, you want to continue to make your changes that way.

Thank you, turned out I had to simply wait a few minutes for the change to take place  :)
