I have been trying to move from GV to anveo.
On my obi110, I have set up anveo and I can make and receive calls. Before the switch My local calls went through GV, 911 went through the landline and when I dialed 011xx obi changed that to 00xx and send it through Voice Gateway 3, which is an international sip account only used for making international calls.
So basically what I want is
anveo is set up as SP1
Poivy is set up as VG3
911 -> Land Line
10 or 11 digits -> SP1
011+ -> VG3
Due to some problems I had to reset my device I can not get my set up back up.
Here is my set up
Physical Iterfaces -> PHONE Port -> DigitMap:
([1-9]x?*(Mpli)|[1-9]S9|[1-9][0-9]S9|911|**0|***|#|**1(Msp1)|**2(Msp2)|**3(Mvg3)|**8(Mli)|**9(Mpp)|(Mpli))
Physical Iterfaces -> PHONE Port -> OutboundCallRoute:
{([1-9]x?*(Mpli)):pp},{(<#:>|911):li},{**0:aa},{***:aa2},{(<**1:>(Msp1)):sp1},{(<**2:>(Msp2)):sp2},{(<**3:>(Mvg3)):vg3},{(<**8:>(Mli)):li},{(<**9:>(Mpp)):pp},{(Mpli):pli}
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> General -> DigitMap:
(<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|<**3>011xx.)
Gateways and Trunk Groups -> Voice Gateway3
Enable Yes
Name Poivy
Access number SP1(sip.poivy.com)
DigitMap : (<011:00>xx.|00xx.)
AuthUserID : My sip username
AuthPassword : My sip Password
After this set my international calls go through but this is what I see under history.
Terminal ID PHONE1 SP1
Peer Name
Peer Number 011143425xxxxx 011143425xxxxx
Direction Outbound Outbound
13:09:30 New Call
13:09:52 End Call
When I log in to my international sip account I don't see the calls there. I am pretty sure they are being routed using anveo.
I would really appreciate your help.
Thanks
T
I don't see the problem, but I don't code that way. You don't have to prefix the international number with "**3". This is how I would code it.
Physical Iterfaces -> PHONE Port -> OutboundCallRoute:
{([1-9]x?*(Mpli)):pp},{(<#:>|911):li},{**0:aa},{***:aa2},{(<**1:>(Msp1)):sp1},{(<**2:>(Msp2)):sp2},{(Mvg3):vg3},{(<**8:>(Mli)):li},{(<**9:>(Mpp)):pp},{(Mpli):pli}
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> General -> DigitMap:
(<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|011xx.)
Gateways and Trunk Groups -> Voice Gateway3
DigitMap : (<011:00>xx.)
Thanks. Do you change the settings from the device or from the expert mode. I have tried both and it seems like the expert mode does not sync with the device right away. I see the ! next to the items I have changed.
Is there a way to force the syncing process?
Cheers
I configure the OBi directly, so I can't help if you want to use ObiTalk.
Configuring your OBi via the web interface might be the cause of your problem. If you don't turn off auto-provisioning ObiTalk will overlay your changes.
This is how to disable auto provisioning if you use the web interface:
System Management => Auto Provisioning
Under OBiTalk Provisioning:
Method: Disabled.

Thanks I have tried both and the last i have done was from the device itself. I seems like everything is working now. Thanks
