When I connected my new obi and followed instructions to dial **number, it said it was sending the number ot the server, but I never get my obi device added in my dashboard list. Every time I login to obiTalk, it asks me to register an obi device. What's going on here?

You do realise that after each 120 seconds timeout period you need to get a fresh **5 number? (By clicking 'Add device' and then 'Next'.)
The OBiTALk portal has been unwell of late but supposedly recovered now.
I am having the same problem. When I try to connect to OBi Talk I enter the **5 number and it times out. On one of the occasions, it said that it had connected but it never showed up on my OBi Talk Dashboard. I have two other OBis connected and had no difficulty getting them connected.
I even tried resetting the OBi but that did not help.
I was finally successful in connecting. I don't know what happened but I just kept trying and eventually it worked.
