Title: Auto Attendant on Inbound GV calls
Post by: robhouston on May 05, 2011, 11:31:08 AM
On my Obi110, I have the auto attendant enabled, a PIN established, and my cell phone is associated with my GV account.  When I call the GV number from my cell phone, I want the AA to answer the call, but I can't seem to get this to happen.  The incoming call rings on my phone attached to the Obi

I assume that I need to make a change to the DigitMap of the Auto Attendant voice service?  I'm kind of lost here, so any help is much appreciated.

Thanks!

Having your cell phone associated with (and being rung by) Google Voice is not a requirement.

What's needed is an InboundCallRoute rule on your Google Voice SPx Service:

Voice Services -> SPx Service -> X_InboundCallRoute : {14081234567:aa},{ph}

Where 14081234567 is your cell phone number.

This should route calls from your cell phone to the Auto Attendant and all others to the PHONE Port.
