I've been using CallCentric pay-as-you-go service for a while now.
Everything seemed to work great. However, there is one thing
that annoys me. Calls to 800 toll-free numbers are being billed.
(at a reduced rate)
Do Anveo and PhonePower do the same thing?
There isn't any cost for outgoing toll-free calls made via Localphone or CallWithUs (tf.callwithus.com).
Also, there isn't any cost for outgoing toll-free calls made with CallWithUs (sip.callwithus.com) if you have outgoing service with them.
Toll free no charge on voip.ms value routing.
circlenet.us allows free calls to both USA and the UK toll-free numbers.
Anveo's calling rates show Toll-Free numbers called from the USA are billed at $0.01
CircleNet does not charge for calls to iNum. Google Voice and Skype both do.

Circlenet for outgoing pay-per-use and Callcentric for incoming (with GV forwarded to my free Callcentric NY DID) is working great for me. I make ~600 minutes of toll free conference calls a month and never have incurred a charge.
