Is there another way of having service like google voice? thanks
The OBi also supports VoIP providers using SIP protocol.
how can I find out witch providers will wotk? thanks
About any VoIP provider that supports BYOD (Bring You Own Device) should work. You just need to shop around to find the services you want (outbound only or with an incoming number), the payment style you wish (pay as you go or monthly set rate), and the features you like (voicemail, CallerID with name, etc.). Once you sign up, you'll receive a username, password, and sip server to plug into the OBi and you should be good to go.
will IdeaSIP network, work?
Yes, I use IdeaSIP myself. It's a good VoIP provider.
Thanks RonR

Sorry, but there's only SP1 and SP2. There is no SP3.
ok then what is **3 for thanks.
In a stock (default) OBi, there's only **1, **2, **8, and **9.
You could add a **3 and point it to a Voice Gateway where IdeaSIP will work (that's how I have my OBi configured), but that requires also having a SIP provider on SP1 and/or SP2 (I have Google Voice on SP1 and a SIP provider on SP2). With Google Voice on both SP1 and SP2, you cannot put any SIP providers on the Voice Gateways.
Huuuummmmmm iteresting Thanks for your help and time.................
