Title: I can make outgoing calls, but I cannot receive any incoming calls.

Hi,
When incomming call are received, I see the DID calling, but when I pickup the phone. I don't ear the other person and theu can't ear me also!!!

It's not the
i.e.
You may have turned on the DND (Do Not Disturb) setting by pressing *78.

Dial *79 to disable DND

I have Obi100 and it is registred and as the latest firmware.

Two things to try:

1) Contact freephonrline customer service

2) you may want to try this first.  You may need to tweak your router settings. You may need to search the forum some for this

I would suspect your router.

What router do you use?  Does it have a SIP ALG and can you turn it off?
