Hello:
My friend's old OBI 110 was not working so he bought a BasicTalk and it worked.

He received his new OBI 200 and it does not work.

On both OBI's he cannot successfully dial **9 222 222 222

His service provider in Florida is Comcast.

Any ideas?

Turned out to be a Router problem.
