Title: OBI202 and Callcentric
Post by: alexmi on September 09, 2014, 09:54:26 AM
I'm trying to move from Anveo to Callcentric; on Callcentric set-up pages they mention a "wizard" that should be available on obitalk.com  that will help the setup of the OBI202. Can't find it anywhere...Anybody knows where could be hidden ??

Thank you, Alex

From http://www.obitalk.com/obinet/pg/obhdev click SP4 or whatever SP you want to put Callcentric on.

Ahhh...thank you. I tried it, didn't work...maybe because my number hasn't been ported yet from Anveo. It is asking the Callcentric number, but I typed in my userid/password....maybe I need to wait until the Anveo number is ported successfully and try again.

Thank you again, alex

You only have to change 3 parms if you configure the OBi manually.

Enter OBi expert configuration.
On the left column click the + sign next to Service Providers.
Click ITSP Profile (A, B, C or D)  SIP
Change ProxyServer to: callcentric.com
Click SUBMIT on the bottom of page.
Wait for reboot

Click + next to Voice Services
Click (SP1, SP2, SP3 or SP4) Service
Change AuthUserName to: Your Callcentric Acct#
Change AuthPassword to: Your Callcentric PW
Click SUBMIT on the bottom of page.

Edit:
I forgot something.
If you are using SP2, SP3 or SP4:
Under Voice Services -> SPx Service
To the right of X_ServProvProfile uncheck OBiTalk Settings and Device default
Then select the corresponding profile (B, C or D)
