I have OBI200+GV. When I called international numbers all I get is regular dialed tone not the called party's ringtone. Is there any way to get this ?

I assume you are talking about "early media" which Google Voice does not support.
As an example, dial 631-265-0000 from Google Voice and you just hear endless ringing.
Dial that same number from a SIP provider or cell phone provider and what do you hear? The message played is an example of early media as is "the called party's ringtone."
