I'm currently phonepower customer (not thru Obihai). Now i want to switch to Obihai and get phonepower service thru Obihai and like to keep my number.
Can I do that?

I doubt PP would allow it. I would start a chat session with PP customer support and see if that's a possibility but I doubt even they would know without checking with billing first. The only sure way of knowing is calling or sending an email to billing@phonepower.com.
My guess is you will need to port your number to a mobile carrier first, cancel your PP plan, sign up for the OBi PP plan of your choice, and then port your number back in.
But again, this is all pure speculation on my part.
