Title: NOT able to dial **9 222-222-222

Hi,
I am not able to dial **9 222-222-222 to reach the Echo Test Server. The phone just says 'Searching'. In other words the OBi200 may not have registered with the router. The Power LED on the left of OBi is Solid Green.

Is this:

1.  A new installation.   You've never had this working before.

2. A new fault. You did have this OBi working previously.
