Title: Best call route?
Post by: mrjoe on November 18, 2014, 02:15:38 PM
I'm trying to route calls from Google Voice to a Canadian number (that is diverted to an Israeli cell)

I've been using an OBi110 to pickup the call and immediately bridge it back through the same account as it supports 2 channels.  One drawback with this is that there is no Caller ID passthrough.

I started using another Service Provider more recently, I forward GV > Callcentric US # > SIP address > Canadian # (which rings to my Israeli cell). [CLI works]

This Service Provider generally provides a different CLI every time I call my canadian number from my SIP account which I'm assuming means that they're using grey routes or lots of "interconnections".

I'm thinking maybe Voxox might be better quality.  I'll divert GV > Voxox US # > Canadian number (which rings to my Israeli cell). [CLI works]

Which of these 3 routes would provide the best audio quality?
