Hello,

I purchased Netgear R7000 router and I have parental control enabled. Obi device is connected, but when I login to my obitalk account, I see this error for my google voice:

Backing Off (0s): TCP connection to 130.65.215.67

I think my R7000 router is blocking connection since I'm using Parental Control feature. Anyway to fix this? I like to use parental control feature.

The OBi and OBiTalk utilize Google Voice and you will need to whitelist the following domains to ensure our service works with your OBi service :

Allow Google Chat

xmpp-server.l.google.com
chatenabled.mail.google.com
talkgadget.google.com
talk.google.com
talks.l.google.com
l.google.com

Allow Google Talk

talkx.l.google.com
talk.l.google.com
talk.google.com
