I ported my 2 number to Anveo, One is already set up with the basic plan. Now I want to get the Just right plan for the second. When I try to order the plan I am given the option to use existing account or create a new account. If I try to use the same account I am being told that I can't because it already has a subscription. What will happen if I create a new one, will I be able to port that number to that second account? I want to use them both on the same Obi device.
You can only have one number per account unless you set up sub-accounts. I am not sure of this so you would have to investigate, with the sub-accounts, you can assign a different number to each. It would be easier to just set up a separate account.
Each SPx of an Obi is setup to point to a specific account or sub-account.
