Title: Stop ringing at certian times?
Post by: newinvestor23 on January 09, 2015, 07:14:00 AM
Hey,
I work different hours then most so I would like to stop all ringing on my phone at certain times of the day/night (Obi100 with freephoneline.ca)
Is there anyway to block/stop calls at certain times that I specify? Like a filter to stop calls at say 5-9 am? Instead of turning off my ringer all the time, this would be a better option. Any help is greatly appreciated.
thanks

The OBi100 does not have this feature.
This would be configured at your provider.
I don't know if FPL has this feature.

If you had an OBI2xx, you could install OBiPlus.
It has Day & Night Routing.
I never used OBiPlus, so I don't know the details.

Your phone may have the capability to define "quiet hours". The Panasonic Dect6 cordless for example has this capability.

Ok thanks guys. I was looking at getting the Obi200 when it was on sale, but it was for USA only, it was $29.99. I will look into Obi Plus.
Thanks

My voip provider offers this as an option (independent of my Obi202).
