I am currently using Vestalink for my VOIP needs on my Obi110. With a big rate increase coming in a couple of months, I'm looking to switch the cheapest alternative as we only use our phone for <30min a month. Can I configure SP1 with a new GV number for outgoing calls and port my current number to a new provider and use it on SP2 for incoming calls?

Yes you can. With GV on SP1. just make SP1 your primary line. All calls will go out SP! (GV).
