Hello everyone,
I just switched to the obi hardware with google voice from 8x8. I have a polycom soundpoint 550 phone from 8x8 that I cannot figure out how to get to work with my new set up.
Any suggestions on how to make this phone "work" with OBi would be hugely appreciated!

The OBi products are designed primarily to work with ordinary analogue phones. Your Soundpoint is a SIP phone and can be used with all SIP providers without needing an OBi.
Having said that, there are some circumstances such as wanting to use Google Voice where using an OBi in conjunction with your Soundpoint can be a solution.
