Hey all,

I've been working with this thing for the past two weeks and for the life of me can't figure out why the auto-attendant isn't switching to the night time auto attendant. I have it set to switch based on our office hours.

I wasn' t aware that OBis have any time based routeing capability.

Can you be more specific about which OBi device you are using and which parameter(s) you are setting to attempt to get this night/day change of the AA.

I am using the Obi202. The obiplus project wizard has a "Day Time AA" and a "Night Time AA" under "Auto Attendant" - as well as a place for office hours.

Here's what it says under the help tab:

"OBiPLUS offers two AAs, one for day time and one for night time. You can enable either one or both according to your needs. For an AA to work properly, you must record one or more prompts on your main OBi and apply them to the AA."

I've never explored the world of OBiplus and I don't envisage that changing any time soon. :(
