Title: Do I have to give out my PIN to trusted callers
Post by: Flashsolutions on February 10, 2015, 05:50:39 AM
In order to allow a friend to use my OBI200 to place a call after adding his phone number to my trusted caller list, does he have to know my pin number in order to use the auto attendant?

If you assigned a PIN to the Auto Attendant then your friend must use a PIN to make an outbound call. You can add a 2nd PIN for your friend.

Where do add the 2nd pin?  I edited the profile and see where to enter the pin for the attendant, but it only provides input for one pin and I don't see anything in the circle of trust inputs to add a pin either.

Voice Services -> Auto Attendant
UsePIN: Checked

Then there are up to 4 PINs
PIN1, PIN2, PIN3 and PIN4

Use OBi Expert to make the changes.
