Title: authentication error

I've followed all of the instructions and have spent several hours but don't seem to be getting anywhere. I set up a google voice account and obitalk. When I try to add the device I call the number from my new phone I have plugged in as instructed. It shows the correct serial number, etc. but it keeps giving me an authentication error and won't finish the process.

I use quest for internet does it have anything to do with that? Other times after I enter the password (after calling from the phone) it acts like the page is disconnected from the internet. Please help!!
