I just got a obi100 and have been trying to add my device to my account. The problem is that my actiontec modem can't detect the obi. I have tried disabling the firewall but still doesn't show up. Can anyone help with this? I don't know how to open ports as they recommend in the help section
On a phone plugged in to the Obi dial ***1 and report here what you hear.
I have an actiontec GT784WN modem with CenturyLink and didn't have a problem setting up with my Obi100 with GV. I didn't have to change any settings. I just plugged it in. Perhaps it's some other set up issue.
