Title: GV - no audio on outgoing call if remote party does not answer within 30 seconds
Post by: AndyJ on February 20, 2015, 05:44:41 AM
I have an odd issue... if I make an outgoing call using one of the slots configured for GV, and the remote party answers before 30 seconds, then everything is fine. However, if the remote party answers after 30 seconds of ringing, then there is no audio either way. The call stats show that no RTP packets are being received from Google Voice. Has anybody else experienced this issue?

OBi200, firmware 3.0.1 (build 4581)

I did some further experimenting, and this only occurs if a call is forwarded through one of the SIP slots, but does not occur if GV is dialed directly from the phone port.

Example:
SP1 configured to a SIP provider, X_InboundCallRoute = {(1xxxxxxxxxx):sp2},{ph}
SP2 configured for Google Voice

Pick up the phone, dial **2xxxxxxxxxx - everything works fine, even if the remote party does not answer the phone before 30 seconds.

Send a call to 12223334444 through SP1 - if the remote party does not answer within 30 seconds, there is no audio.
