Title: digit map help
Post by: Blade3609 on March 13, 2015, 09:20:14 AM
I currently have a obi 202. I use SP1 and SP2 , the default is SP1.
I want to route all extensions like 101 102 103 104 etc to SP2.
I placed in ITSP profile A:
(<**2>1xx|1xxxxxxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011xx.|xx.|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.)

When i try to dial for example 102, It just crashes the OBI and the OBI resets the itsp profile to it default setting. Any help?

Study the OBi202 dial plan here http://ozarkedge.mypressonline.com/index.htm (http://ozarkedge.mypressonline.com/index.htm).  The OBi way is elegant and cool, if you honor it.  You can also easily reference digit map and call route syntax.

There is no error testing... a misconfigured OBi can crash/reboot, although I've not experienced this.

If you use OBiTALK Provisioning, it can overwrite settings made via the local web interface, and perhaps otherwise.

Seems like my digit map was just fine. I got help elsewhere on another issue and got it working. Thanks
